Grown at altitudes between 1700–2000 meters, this coffee benefits from slow maturation and rich biodiversity. The cherries undergo a meticulous natural drying process that lasts 20–25 days, preserving their complex aroma and vibrant flavors. Every stage—from selective hand-picking to gentle drying at controlled temperatures—is overseen with care to ensure clarity, balance, and a memorable cup.
