Purchase process
Purchase of products takes place via the web store with payment of the appropriate product or service price. The buyer may select a payment method during the order, including card payment, bank transfer, or payment upon receipt.
After successful registration, the buyer receives registration confirmation by email. The buyer adds products to the cart and after order confirmation receives a purchase notification by email. If any product is no longer available, the seller will contact the buyer to arrange a refund or replacement.

The seller strives to ensure data accuracy on the website, but unintentional errors in product descriptions or images may occur. The seller is not responsible for temporary website unavailability or technical issues affecting the purchase process.

Payment methods
Payment on the website www.aromicup.com is made in euros (EUR). All prices are retail, expressed in euros, and represent the final amount the customer pays. The price of each product is determined individually. Although the pricing process is under strict control, errors caused by human factors are possible. The seller reserves the right to refuse to conclude a sales contract if it is evident that the displayed price is disproportionate to the actual product price and if such a discrepancy results from a systematic or human error. Payment upon receipt
Payment upon receipt allows you to pay the cost of the order upon delivery to the specified address, i.e., only when you see the product in person. Payment is made to the delivery company’s courier at the time of delivery.
When delivered via DPD courier, payment can be made in cash or by MasterCard, Maestro, Visa cards to the courier.
For delivery via parcel lockers, payment can only be made by card.
If the recipient is unable to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice about the arrival of the shipment.
Payment via Bank Transfer or Payment Slip

Delivery
Delivery conditions within Croatia:
For all orders above €60, free delivery within Croatia applies. For orders below this amount, delivery costs are:
- €5 (final price) via DPD delivery service (to home address or DPD parcel locker)
- €2 (final price) if delivery via BOX NOW parcel locker is selected
Delivery time:
Orders are delivered within 8 business days, except for deliveries to islands (depending on ferry schedules) and the Dubrovnik region.
If you wish to arrange a specific delivery time or leave a note for the courier, please specify it during ordering so we can forward the information to the delivery service.
Customers can choose between:
- Home delivery
- Personal pickup
- Pickup via DPD or BOX NOW parcel lockers and parcel shops
Delivery procedure
Delivery is carried out by the seller or the engaged courier services DPD and BOX NOW. All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Upon receipt, the buyer should check the condition of the shipment and immediately report any visible damage to the courier. If damages are evident, it is recommended to refuse to accept the package.
Exchanges and complaints
If the buyer receives a product different from the ordered one, they have the right to exchange it for the correct item or receive a refund, including delivery and return costs. In this case, the incorrectly delivered product must be returned.
If the seller is unable to deliver the product within the specified time, the buyer will be informed and can decide on a new delivery date or cancel the contract.
Delivered products are insured against loss. Delivery prices published on Aromicup are the final price you pay.
