This exceptional microlot hails from Finca Villa Betulia in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, cultivated by renowned producer Luis Anibal Calderón. Situated at an altitude of 1,600 meters, the farm benefits from a unique microclimate that enhances the coffee's quality. The Ombligón variety, a rare and exotic cultivar, undergoes a meticulous anaerobic washed process. Cherries are hand-picked following strict ripeness criteria, then subjected to a 40-hour dry fermentation with the pulp on, inside GrainPro bags. Subsequently, the beans are washed and dried on raised beds to achieve the ideal moisture content.

The result is a coffee with a distinctive flavour profile, showcasing delicate floral notes, bright citrus acidity, and a subtle sweetness.
