This exceptional Pink Bourbon coffee comes from Inmaculada Coffee Farm in Valle del Cauca, Colombia, a region known for fertile soil and an ideal microclimate. Grown at altitudes between 1700 and 2000 meters, the coffee undergoes a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in closed containers at 18–20 °C. After removing the outer pulp, the mucilage remains on the bean, typical of the Honey process. Drying takes place 10–14 days at low temperatures (up to 35 °C) with constant stirring, producing a clean and complex cup. Every stage, from manual and electronic cherry selection to careful drying, is meticulously overseen to ensure exceptional quality and a unique taste.
