This extraordinary Wush Wush coffee comes from Campo Hermoso farm in Quindío, Colombia, managed by renowned producer Edwin Noreña. Wush Wush is a rare Ethiopian heirloom Arabica, prized for its exotic complexity and refined character. The cherries are harvested in the Cauca region and carefully processed at Campo Hermoso. After 2 hours of soaking and 8 hours of anaerobic fermentation, the beans undergo a slow 26-day natural drying and flavour stabilisation, ensuring depth, clarity, and perfect balance in the cup.
