Campo Hermoso – Snowfall delivers a unique specialty coffee experience from Colombia, sourced from the Campo Hermoso farm in the Quindío region—well known for experimental fermentation techniques and outstanding coffee quality. This coffee is made from the Caturra variety, grown at 1,750 meters above sea level and processed using Honey Carbonic Maceration with cinnamon co-fermentation.
The process begins with a 36-hour fermentation in sealed tanks, increasing temperature and opening the bean’s pores for deeper aroma infusion. After being dehulled, the coffee returns to the tanks along with its own must and powdered organic Colombian cinnamon. Final fermentation lasts three days, with the must being reintroduced daily to maximise flavour depth and complexity.
The cup reveals distinctive notes of cinnamon, vanilla, cloves, and apple, followed by a warm, rich, and spicy finish. Perfect for coffee lovers seeking something bold, expressive, and truly unforgettable.
