From: 15,00

Roastery: Bora Nera Coffee Roasters (Croatia / Istria)

El Salvador – Villa Himalaya & Project Origin comes from the Divisadero farm, located in the Ataco region of Ahuachapán, El Salvador. Managed by Mauricio Salaverria, this coffee is grown at 1,500–1,600 meters above sea level on fertile volcanic-clay soils. The variety is Bourbon, processed using the natural method and dried on raised beds, resulting in a lively cup with fruit-forward sweetness, fine acidity, and floral notes.
